Pearson VUE is the authorised exam provider for TOGAF® Certification, conducting exams globally through an extensive network of testing centres, they also have an option to take exam from a place of your choice. Please check the requirements separately at the time of booking your exam. 

Applied TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Practitioner Badge      

By attending the Practitioner level course, completing the learning studies and passing the Practitioner Level Exam you will be able to receive the Applied TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Practitioner badge.  

Exam vouchers are provided at the end of the course to receive the Applied Badge please share your candidate ID with your instructor, Knowlathon point of contact or Kapil Kulkarni (Kapil.k@knowlathon.com).   

This course offers an instructor-led learning structure, either as a physical or a virtual classroom. 

The course is 4 day in total. In each session, the learner will be guided throughout by an experienced and authorized instructor to learn about TOGAF EA Foundation and Practitioner levels.  

The purpose of TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Foundation is to obtain knowledge and a basic understanding of Enterprise Architecture using the TOGAF® approach. The Purpose of TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Practitioner 
course is to obtain the ability to use, practice, and apply the TOGAF® approach generically.

This course offers an instructor-led learning structure, either in a physical classroom or online course.  

TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Foundation -  

Certification is open to all applicants – there is no requirement for any previous certification. 

It is considered beneficial to have some background in Enterprise Architecture concepts, IT governance, and project management terminology. 

TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Practitioner -  

TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Foundation certification  

TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Foundation (Part 1) exam

This is a multiple-choice exam.

There are 40 questions in total.

Candidates have 60 minutes to complete the exam.

The exam is closed book – you cannot make use of any resources or materials during the exam.

The pass mark for the exam is 60%: you must score at least 24 out of 40 questions correctly.

In countries where English is a second language, the time allocated for the exam is extended to 90 minutes.

TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Practitioner (Part 2) exam

This is a multiple-choice exam

There are 8 scenario-based questions in total

Each question is worth between 0 and 5 marks

Candidates have 90 minutes to complete the exam

The exam is open book – you can make use of certain resources or materials during the exam

The pass mark for the exam is 60%: you must score at least 24 out of a total of 40 points to pass

What is the TOGAF® standard?  

- The TOGAF Standard has been developed through the collaborative efforts of the whole community. The TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Learning Studies provide opportunities for candidates to develop their capability to apply the TOGAF® Standard across various organizational contexts.  

Successfully completing the TOGAF® Learning Studies and passing the exams qualifies candidates for The Open Group Applied Enterprise Architecture Practitioner badge.
